For her Get Work Ready placement, Lily Smith has temporarily joined the Year 2 class at Thrybergh Primary School as a Teaching Assistant.
Over the course of the programme so far, she has been supporting pairs of children with their phonics activities, listening to the children read independently and updating their subject books with their completed work.
